I strongly recommend eating bananas before a run. OMG! They are the superfood of runners. I also made sure to eat one before I attended a Pearl Jam concert last week. I just knew that the blessed potassium reserves would be needed. From
How it All Vegan I discovered a very good and rich banana milkshake: 1 banana, 3 dates, and 3/4 cup of soy milk in a food processor. Excellent! It's very sweet, but full of potassium goodness.
